Make an Appointment Before You Visit

2025/07/01

By planning ahead and making an appointment before your visit, you can better manage your schedule and spend less time waiting at the polyclinic.

You can make, change or cancel an appointment by:

  • Using the NUHS App (available on Android and iPhone)
  • Calling the NUHS Contact Centre on Tel 6908 2222
  • Emailing the NUHS Contact Centre at [email protected]

If you are not able to make an appointment

We accept walk-ins until 12 noon, with priority given to patients aged 70 years and above, children under 2 years old as well as those who are frail and less mobile.

Due to high patient volumes on some days, you may be seen in the afternoon, even if you have arrived in the morning.

Please inform our staff if you have an urgent medical condition, such as high fever, chest pain or difficulty in breathing.

Thank you for kind understanding.
