Why is Bukit Batok Polyclinic undergoing upgrading works?
Bukit Batok Polyclinic will be undergoing upgrading works from September 2026 to March 2028 to serve you better.
When will the upgrading works be completed?
It is estimated that the upgrading works will be completed in March 2028.
Will Bukit Batok Polyclinic be closed during the upgrading period?
Bukit Batok Polyclinic will remain open. There will be no changes to our operating hours. 
Will access to Bukit Batok Polyclinic be affected?
Yes, you may need to use the temporarily relocated entrance and vehicle pick-up and drop-off points. You are encouraged to follow the directional signage for navigation around the polyclinic. Please approach our staff for directions if needed or if you have any enquiries.
Will any of the services be temporarily unavailable during the renovation period?

Our Maternal and Child Health services will be temporarily unavailable and all existing appointment(s) will be rescheduled. You will be seen at Tengah Polyclinic. 

You will receive a SMS notification regarding your rescheduled appointment(s). If you wish to reschedule your appointment(s) at another polyclinic, please fill in this form: Affected Appointment Rescheduling Request

Will there be longer wait times during the upgrading period?
There may be delays during the peak periods. You are encouraged to arrive on time for your appointment and monitor the queue status via the HealthHub app.
How do I update my contact details?
If your contact details have changed, please update the details via Singpass or HealthHub.
What should I do if I did not receive any SMS about my rescheduled appointment or have queries about my upcoming appointment?
Please call 6908 2222 or approach our clinic staff for assistance.
How can I get to Tengah Polyclinic?

A complimentary shuttle bus service will be available from Bukit Batok Polyclinic to Tengah Polyclinic, for patients whose appointment(s) has/have been rescheduled and will be seen at Tengah Polyclinic.

This temporary service is subject to changes. Please check with clinic staff for more details.

Can I seek medical care elsewhere, such as from a General Practitioner (GP), during this period?
Patients may visit a GP clinic for services that can be appropriately managed in a GP setting. Patients should check directly with the GP clinic regarding service availability and charges. Please refer to the nearby GP clinics available at: CHAS Clinics Near Bukit Batok Polyclinic
Will it be very dusty and noisy during the renovation period?

During operating hours, we will do our best to minimise dust and noise from the upgrading works. Should you experience any breathing difficulties, please inform our clinic staff.

Will there be any changes to the charges?
There will be no changes to consultation, treatment or drug charges.

Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Saturdays: 8:00am to 12:30pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
