By planning ahead and making an appointment before your visit, you can better manage your schedule and spend less time waiting at the polyclinic.

We accept walk-ins until 12 noon, with priority given to patients aged 70 years and above, children under 2 years old as well as those who are frail and less mobile.
Due to high patient volumes on some days, you may be seen in the afternoon, even if you have arrived in the morning.
Please inform our staff if you have an urgent medical condition, such as high fever, chest pain or difficulty in breathing.

Chronic condition, on regular follow-up at NUP and running out of regular medication. | Visit our polyclinic pharmacy for a one-time, short-term medication top-up and then proceed to the counter to make an appointment to see the doctor on another day. (Note: To avoid delays, always ensure that you have secured your next appointment before leaving the clinic after each follow-up visit) |
Chronic condition, enrolled with a GP under HealthierSG | Please visit your enrolled GP clinic for your chronic condition, to ensure continuity of care.
