National University Polyclinics (NUP), a member of the National University Health System (NUHS) is committed to providing affordable, accessible, comprehensive and coordinated primary care to all in the Western region of Singapore.
NUP is a one-stop health centre providing primary care treatment for acute medical conditions, management of chronic diseases, women and child health services and dental care. The focus of NUP's care is on health promotion and disease prevention, early and accurate diagnosis, disease management through physician led team-based care as well as enhancing the capability of Family Medicine through research and teaching.
As part of the NUHS Academic Health System, we partner our hospitals and specialty centres to redefine healthcare. Working together with general practitioners, community, grassroots, health and social care partners, we strive to ensure the well-being of the community we serve.
